2010 Resin and pigment. This pair of shoes includes the impression of the wearers feet - the interior cast of the foot is visible through the transparent resin. Size 6!

2010. Resin. A real 'Cinderella's Slipper' as it would only ever fit the original model!
'Xander's New Shoes'
2012. Resin. These tiny shoes include the impression of my baby grandson's feet.
Shoes
The first of my shoes 'Party Shoes' was a development of my fascination with negative space - with the shoe itself as the negative space around the foot.
The arrival of my grandson Xander gave me the opportunity to make the tiny shoes with the impression of the newly born baby's feet inside.
